SALES AGENT

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our real estate team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and online marketing.
•  Accompany clients to property viewings, provide detailed information about the properties, and address any questions or concerns.
• Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties, including social media, email marketing, and open houses.
•  Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of property sales with clients and other stakeholders.
•  Finalize property sales by ensuring all necessary documents are signed, and payments are processed.
•  Offer exceptional customer service to clients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
•  Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the real estate industry.
•  Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
•  Set and manage client expectations throughout the buying or selling process.
•  Prepare and submit sales reports to management, including sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
•  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least (3) three years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
•  In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and regulations.
•  Applicant must reside within Accra
• Valid real estate license or certification is a plus
•  Proven negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
•  Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, properties, and transactions.
•  Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
•  Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage client interactions and sales pipeline.
•  A self-motivated and adaptable attitude to work in fast-paced environments
