ENGINEERING CHANNEL SALES SUPERVISORS

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Engineering Channel Sales Supervisors will be responsible for leading engineering-focused sales teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring technical sales excellence through indirect sales channels.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions and provide exceptional support.
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules, ensuring efficient coverage.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, digital resources and social media.
• Gather market insights, competitor analysis and customer feedback.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and minimize risk.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
•  Provide training and coaching to enhance sales team skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with marketing, product and customer service teams to ensure efficiency.
• Manage sales budgets and resources effectively.
• Receive, report and manage all sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Over 3 years working experience in Building material, construction, insurance, FMCG, Bank or related industry.
• Advanced sales certifications (e.g., CSP, CSE) is a plus.
• Proven sales leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to take critical and measurable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends to anticipate evolving customer requirements.
