OFFLINE ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE

JOB SUMMARY

An Offline Acquisition Associate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new customers or clients through offline channels such as in-person interactions, events, partnerships, and direct marketing efforts. This role typically involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth by expanding the customer base outside of digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through offline methods such as field visits, networking events, trade shows, and community outreach.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners to foster trust and long-term business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
• Product/Service Promotion: Educate potential customers about the company’s products or services, highlighting key features and benefits to drive interest and conversions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align offline acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
• Reporting: Track and report on acquisition activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to measure the effectiveness of offline efforts.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage and convince vendors.
• Experience in doing offline sales
•  At least 2 years of experience in offline sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with local retail markets and vendor dynamics.
•  A self-motivated and adaptable attitude to work in fast-paced environments.
•  Willingness to travel frequently and spend time in vendor environments.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.

NB: This role is available to A long-term External agent and Intern Agent for 3 months – can be recruited from KNUST or equivalent
