RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, leading recruitment teams and ensuring effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and refine recruitment plans and strategies aligned with company goals and staffing needs.
• Explore, establish and maintain diverse recruitment channels, including campus recruitment, social recruitment, online recruitment, employee referrals and external agencies.
• Communicate with various departments to understand job requirements and write job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
• Collect, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.
• Organize and participate in interviews, assess candidates’ abilities and fit, and provide support for recruitment decisions.
• Analyze recruitment data, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and propose optimization suggestions to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and effective training.
•  Identify, engage and nurture potential candidates for future openings.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Leverage tools like ATS, recruitment software and analytics platforms.
• Enhance company reputation through social media, job fairs and campus events

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
•  Over 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, with prior experience as a Recruitment Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to make informed recruitment decisions based on data.
• In-depth knowledge of Human resources-related laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, ADA) and Labor market trends and analysis
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and management
• Experience working with diverse recruitment channels, processes and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Effective coordination and collaboration
• Ability to engage with employees and management at all levels
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Cultural competence and sensitivity
