WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORS

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of goods, materials and equipment. Ensures accurate tracking, documentation and compliance with company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage finished product warehouse, receiving, shipping, system accounting, plan docking, team management and independent operations.
•  Perform daily inspections, assess warehouse keeper performance and maintain a safe environment.
• Facilitate cooperation among warehouse teams, vehicle, receiving, shipping and data teams to achieve daily objectives.
• Liaise with customs clearance, personnel, safety, production workshops, transportation, planning and other departments for seamless information exchange.
•  Identify, summarize and resolve warehouse problems, contributing to core management decisions.
•  Initiate problem identification, reporting and resolution, demonstrating proactive work approach.
• Ensure products are handled, stored and dispatched to meet quality standards.
• Foster warehouse team growth through training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing stock discrepancies.
• Evaluate warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations and safety standards.
•  Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
•  Minimum two (2) years of experience in warehouse management or receiving/issuing management.
• Preferably male candidates not more than thirty-five (35) years.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large factory/company warehouses, familiar with factory logistics models, planning, production, warehousing and heating preparation.
• Ability to adapt to 12-hour shift rotations, working variable day/night schedules.
• Skilled in utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other mainstream office tools.
• Demonstrating strong adaptability, pressure tolerance and willingness to take responsibility.
•  Skilled in data analysis, issue identification and resolution, with expertise in warehouse optimization.
•  Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Understanding of lean principles and practices.
•  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
•  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
