Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts and Administrative Assistant to support the finance and administrative functions of the company. The successful candidate will assist with accounting tasks, office administration, record keeping, and general clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 1.⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
 2.⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
 3.⁠ ⁠Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
 4.⁠ ⁠Support payroll preparation and staff attendance records.
 5.⁠ ⁠Perform data entry and update accounting records regularly.
 6.⁠ ⁠Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence.
 7.⁠ ⁠Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
 8.⁠ ⁠Receive calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
 9.⁠ ⁠Schedule meetings and assist with office coordination activities.
10.⁠ ⁠Assist with bank deposits, reconciliations, and other accounting duties.
11.⁠ ⁠Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of company documents.
12.⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

14.⁠ ⁠Accounts Payable & Receivable
15.⁠ ⁠Inventory Audits
16.⁠ ⁠Ledger & Journal Support
17.⁠ ⁠Petty Cash Management


REQUIREMENTS
 1.⁠ ⁠HND, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
 2.⁠ ⁠Proven experience in accounting or administrative support roles is an advantage.
 3.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
 4.⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
 5.⁠ ⁠Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
 6.⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 7.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 8.⁠ ⁠High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 9.⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
10.⁠ ⁠Professional attitude with integrity and confidentiality.
