Job Description
A fast-growing estate sales company in Pokuase is seeking a results-oriented and target-driven professional to fill the role of Administrator / Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will drive property sales, grow the client base, and convert leads into closed deals while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate and follow up on property sales leads
2. Actively market estate properties to prospective clients
3. Close sales and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
4. Build and manage strong client relationships
5. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
6. Coordinate site visits and client presentations
7. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases
8. Manage documentation related to property sales and client records
9. Support management with sales reports and performance tracking
10. Ensure smooth day-to-day office and sales operations
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Land Economy, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2. 3–5 years proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills
4. Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
5. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Ability to analyze sales data and implement actionable strategies.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
