Job Description
The Live-in Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the assigned premises. The successful candidates must be hardworking, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and willing to reside on-site to ensure the premises remain clean and presentable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sweep, mop, and clean floors and designated areas.
2. Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces, windows, and other fixtures.
3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, and common areas.
4. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the premises.
6. Replenish cleaning supplies and report items that need replacement.
7. Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and appropriately.
8. Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
9. Follow assigned cleaning schedules and instructions.
10. Perform other reasonable cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of JHS education; an SHS qualification will be an added advantage.
2. Must be willing to live on-site.
3. Must be hardworking, neat, honest, and trustworthy.
4. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience will be an advantage.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Good attention to detail and time management.
7. Must be physically fit to perform routine cleaning duties.
8. Must be respectful, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
9. Ability to communicate effectively and understand basic work instructions.
LOCATION: EMEFS ESTATE, LASHIBI
SALARY: GHS 1,500–GHS 2,000
