Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Female Human Resource & Talent Manager to lead our HR operations, drive talent management strategies, and support a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of HR best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
2. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
3. Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
4. Design and execute training, coaching, and career development programs.
5. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records in compliance with Ghana Labour Law.
6. Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and employee benefits.
7. Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
8. Lead workforce planning, succession management, and talent retention programs.
9. Prepare and present HR reports to management on key metrics (turnover, attendance, performance, etc.).
10. Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal HR requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRMP, SHRM, or CIPD) is an added advantage.
3. Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in HR management or talent development roles.
4. In-depth knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Must reside in or near Tema.
