Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations across the company’s retail, wholesale, and supply chain divisions. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization, digital transformation, and ERP system efficiency while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 1.⁠ ⁠Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all ECPL business units (retail, wholesale, logistics, and supply chain).
 2.⁠ ⁠Lead ERP system administration, optimization, and user support (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365).
 3.⁠ ⁠Drive IT-enabled process automation across HR, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance departments.
 4.⁠ ⁠Plan, manage, and monitor projects — ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
 5.⁠ ⁠Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and operational dashboards to improve efficiency.
 6.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards.
 7.⁠ ⁠Support and supervise digital transformation initiatives, including Monday.com, CRM, and RetailPro integrations.
 8.⁠ ⁠Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluation for operations support staff.


REQUIREMENTS
 1.⁠ ⁠Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management.
 2.⁠ ⁠PMP, PRINCE2, or ERP Systems Administration certification (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Odoo) is an added advantage.
 3.⁠ ⁠Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in Operations or IT-driven business management.
 4.⁠ ⁠Proven expertise in ERP systems administration and process digitization.
 5.⁠ ⁠Experience in pharmaceutical, retail, or FMCG distribution operations preferred.
 6.⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and project management skills.
 7.⁠ ⁠Excellent understanding of ERP systems and IT-driven operational frameworks.
 8.⁠ ⁠Analytical mindset with ability to develop and interpret performance metrics (KPIs).
 9.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
10.⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    
WORKING HOURS
    •    Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    •    Saturdays: As needed
