Job Description
A Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative and personal support to an executive, manager, or individual. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks. A PA acts as the primary point of contact, helps prioritize workload, and ensures the employer stays organized and efficient.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle confidential correspondence and maintain a high level of discretion.
3. Organize and attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
4. Assist with personal errands, bookings, and logistics as required.
5. Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical).
6. Prepare reports, letters, and other documents assigned.
7. Serve as the first point of contact between the Managing Director and clients or partners.
8. Run office-related errands and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
9. Perform other administrative or support duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretaryship, or a related field.
2. At least 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
6. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
7. Female candidate below 30 years.
8. Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
