Job Description
Seeking a versatile Senior CAD Draftsman with 7–8 years of experience to lead technical drafting and design visualization at our Accra Head Office. The ideal candidate must possess expert-level mastery in AutoCAD and Revit, seamlessly blending MEP and architectural drafting capabilities with high-end 3D rendering and graphic design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead all 2D/3D modeling and technical drawing production using advanced AutoCAD and Revit workflows.
2. Coordinate MEP layouts against architectural design plans to deliver clear, clash-free drawings and final as-built documentation.
3. Produce high-quality, realistic 3D architectural and spatial renders for project proposals and client presentations.
4. Design impactful marketing materials including roadside advertisement banners, corporate brochures, digital flyers, and technical presentations using Adobe Photoshop and graphic tools.
5. Enforce strict AutoCAD/Revit layering standards, templates, block libraries, and document control while mentoring junior draftsmen.
6. Actively adapt to and master new drafting, rendering, and visual design software as project needs evolve.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 7–8 years of proven experience as a CAD Draftsman/Engineer, handling complex architectural/MEP coordination and visual media design.
3. Expert/Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Revit, along with Adobe Photoshop and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).
4. Deep knowledge of architectural drawing set execution, MEP coordination principles, high-resolution rendering techniques, and print-ready graphic layouts for large-format media (roadside banners).
5. High technical precision, strong visual aesthetic, effective communication skills, and a self-driven learning attitude.
