Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for corporate clients, job seekers, professionals, and partner institutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate the planning and implementation of training programs, workshops, seminars, webinars, and capacity-building sessions.
2. Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly training calendars in consultation with management and facilitators.
3. Liaise with clients, facilitators, participants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
4. Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, certificates, presentation slides, handouts, and other relevant documents.
5. Support the design and review of training proposals, concept notes, course outlines, and program schedules.
6. Manage participant registration, confirmation, follow-ups, attendance tracking, and communication before, during, and after training sessions.
7. Assist in identifying training needs of clients, professionals, job seekers, and partner organizations.
8. Maintain a database of trainees, facilitators, corporate clients, training partners, and program records.
9. Support the marketing and promotion of training programmes through emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, flyers, and other communication channels.
10. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessment forms, reports, and post-training follow-ups.
11. Prepare training reports, attendance summaries, feedback analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
12. Support business development activities by following up on prospective clients, preparing quotations, and assisting with training-related proposals.
13. Handle participant enquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the training cycle.
14. Assist in developing new training products based on market needs, client requests, and employability trends.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Professional certification in training, human resource management, project management, customer service, or learning and development will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in training coordination, learning and development, human resource administration, program coordination, customer service, or business development.
4. Experience in recruitment, HR consulting, training, education, or professional services environments will be an added advantage.
5. Strong organizational and planning skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Good presentation and facilitation support skills.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
