Job Description
The resource will execute the day-to-day general sales and accounting function of the company to ensure it is operating within the guidelines of standard accounting principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Processing of sale transactions and cash receipts (receive, receipt and record)
2. Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly sales Reports
3. Data entry and ensuring accuracy and integrity of captured data
4. Prepare bank statement and general ledger reconciliations
5. Petty Cash Management
6. Process cheques and cash for pay in to bank
7. Data entry and ensuring accuracy and integrity of captured data
8. Perform any other work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
1. HND or degree in accounting or finance.
2. Minimum of three (3) working years’ experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point and Word)
4. Experience in Sales and use of QuickBooks would be an added advantage.
5. Meticulous and detail oriented.
6. Ability to work well under pressure
7. Excellent communication skills
8. High standards of personal integrity and adherence to professional and ethical standards
WORKING HOURS: MONDAY - SATURDAY
