Job Description
The Bonded French Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Togolese market, primarily engaging with French-speaking clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in Togo, focusing on French-speaking markets.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Understand and communicate product offerings, services, and benefits clearly to clients.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to provide actionable insights.
6. Collaborate with the logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
8. Ensure compliance with all bonded and regulatory requirements in sales operations.
9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of Togo market dynamics and business culture.
8. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
