Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in/out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving customer complaints.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and payment details.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Answer direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or security issues.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
