Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in/out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and payment details.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system.
  •  Answer direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or security issues.
  •  Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HND or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
