Job Description
We are seeking a Graphic Designer and/or Interior Designer passionate about design. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, and able to bring visual concepts to life across digital or physical spaces (layouts, mood boards, 3D renderings).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop visually engaging graphics for use in marketing materials, social media, websites, advertisements, and product packaging.
2. Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into effective designs.
3. Create layouts, illustrations, logos, and other design elements using graphic design software.
4.Ensure consistency in design and adherence to brand guidelines.
5.Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
6.Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
7.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
9.Assist with the development of visual assets for website design and user interface improvements.
10.Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
2.Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
3.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4.Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
5.Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
6.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8.Good communication skills to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
9.Experience with web design tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, Canva, WordPress) is a plus.
