Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food service and kitchen activities
2. Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
3. Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
6. Maintain financial records and assist with budgeting and cost control
7. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
8. Support promotional activities, events, and seasonal campaigns.
9. Implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
10. Maintain the restaurant’s brand image and reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Knowledge of local food safety and labor regulations
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
