Job Description
The Sales Attendant & Content Lead will drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and create engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to promote the brand, attract customers, and increase sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Welcome customers and provide an exceptional boutique experience.
3. Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
4. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
5. Plan, create, shoot and edit engaging daily social media content.
6. Produce Instagram Reels, Stories, TikToks and other short-form content.
7. Confidently appear on camera to showcase products and communicate with the audience.
8. Develop creative content ideas that generate engagement, enquiries and sales.
9. Support social media campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
10. Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion, beauty, lifestyle and social media trends.
11. Ensure the boutique and products are consistently presented to a premium standard.
12. Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
13. Support basic stock management and merchandising activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be an added advantage.
2. Proven experience in sales, retail, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
3. Strong passion for fashion, jewellery, styling, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Confident, energetic, and commercially minded personality.
6. Strong on-camera presence and the ability to create engaging content.
7. Practical knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAYS – SATURDAYS
SALARY: GHS 2,000 + COMMISSION
