Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our facility in the Tema Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
2. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
5. Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve brand awareness and offerings
8. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
6. Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools
7. Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
