Job Description
The Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales team, ensuring targets are met, strategies are executed, and customer relationships are maintained. This role requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise, coach, and support the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
3. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Identify market opportunities and provide insights to drive growth.
6. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
7. Train new sales team members and continuously develop existing staff.
8. Address customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity within the construction industry Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and implement actionable strategies.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Knowledge of local market dynamics and competitor activities.
