Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven marketing professional with expertise in hospitality marketing, brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to position the resort as a premier hospitality destination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote the resort, including villas, events, Bar, and recreational activities.
2. Increase brand visibility through digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
3. Plan and promote in-house guest engagement activities (e.g., beach games, entertainment nights, local culture events) to elevate guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
4. Market and manage corporate events, retreats, and conferences, ensuring full utilization of the resort's conference facilities.
5. Create and drive sales-focused campaigns to increase bookings, restaurant covers, and use of resort services.
6. Implement guest feedback systems to enhance service delivery
7. Work closely with management on seasonal promotions, pricing strategies, and target-setting.
8. Supervise and coach the marketing team to meet deadlines and deliver quality campaigns.
9. Foster partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, media houses, and tourism stakeholders.
10. Monitor performance metrics and report ROI of marketing campaigns to management
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field. Master’s is a plus
2. Minimum five (5) years in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
3. Strong understanding of resort/hotel marketing, guest demographics, and tourism trends.
4. Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools
8. Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
9. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
