Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Store & Brand Manager to lead the operations of our East Legon flagship store, located near Rabito Clinic, while also managing the growth and positioning of the brand.This is a dual-focus leadership role combining hands-on retail management with brand development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the East Legon flagship store.
2. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
3. Deliver an exceptional and premium customer experience.
4. Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff.
5. Manage stock, merchandising and overall store presentation.
6. Develop and execute initiatives to increase customer engagement and sales.
7. Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
8. Coordinate brand campaigns, promotions and digital marketing activities.
9. Protect and strengthen the brand's “affordable luxury” image.
10. Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
11. Work closely with management to develop strategies for business and brand growth.
12. Prepare regular reports on sales, store performance and brand activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in retail, store management, sales, marketing or brand management.
3. Strong commercial and customer-service orientation.
4. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and brand positioning.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
7. Previous experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium retail will be an advantage.
WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAYS – SATURDAYS
SALARY: GHS 3,000 + COMMISSION
