Job Description
To ensure the smooth running of the rentals and guest house operations by supporting the tracking, handling, and movement of logistics—including furniture, appliances, linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. This role is vital in maintaining order, ensuring readiness for guest arrivals, and supporting general upkeep and stock control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Track the daily movement of supplies, equipment, and furniture between guest rooms, apartments, and storage areas.
2. Verify deliveries and internal transfers against order forms or stock requests.
3. Ensure all goods are recorded and logged accurately in inventory sheets or software systems.
4. Tag, label, and organize items appropriately upon delivery or relocation.
5. Support regular stock counts of guest amenities, linen, cleaning materials, and household supplies.
6. Alert management to low-stock levels, damages, or missing items.
7. Help manage the storage area to ensure accessibility and safety.
8. Record damaged or replaced items during check-out inspections.
9. Assist with setting up guest rooms, apartments, or houses before arrival (placing beds, appliances, décor items, etc.).
10. Move and reposition furniture or equipment as needed to meet guest or maintenance requests.
11. Ensure all items placed in guest areas are clean, functional, and presentable.
12. Support maintenance teams during repairs by moving or safeguarding furniture and equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum of SHS graduate, male candidate preferred.
2. A minimum of one year’s experience in logistics, general labor, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
3. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing, walking).
4. Good communication and record-keeping skills.
5. Ability to work independently and follow instructions efficiently.
