Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•               Identify and engage potential customers within the designated sales territory. 

•               Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. 

•               Connect with local wholesalers daily & build strong relationships.

•               Negotiate and close sales agreements in alignment with company policies. 

•               Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers. 

•               Educate clients on product features and benefits. 

•               Organize and participate in promotional events to boost sales. 

•               Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products. 

•               Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain adequate inventory. 

•               Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.               

•               Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding customer needs, product development, and sales strategies

•               Track and report sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

 

REQUIREMENTS

•               A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. 

•               Proven experience in sales with one to seven years in HOME APPLIANCES

•               Strong connections with local wholesalers & distributors

•               Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

•               Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 

•               Applicants must reside within Takoradi, Cape Coast and Tarkwa. 

•               Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

•               Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

•               Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

•               Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

•               Willingness to travel locally.

 

LOCATION: TAKORADI, CAPE COAST, KUMASI & TARKWA
